Gloria Lio is Managing Director, Head of Enterprise Services, at DTCC where she is responsible for developing the organization’s strategy to maximize the value of our shared services and functions, including Global Business Operations, Client Services, Integration and Business Architecture. Additionally, Gloria proactively identifies opportunities to create greater synergies across functions, increase the impact of our work and deliver consistency across the firm’s digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices. Gloria is also a member of the DTCC Management Committee.
Gloria has over 25 years of experience in financial services, serving in a number of senior-level roles including most recently at BNY Mellon, where she was Global Head of Custody and Middle Office Operations. Prior to that, Gloria spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs, where she held a number of global and regional operational-related leadership roles.
Previously, Gloria was chair for BNY Mellon's Asian Leadership Forum, as well as served as a sponsor for the Custody Operations Women's Council.
Gloria earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pace University.
